Setting Up Your First Screen with Signaview

What You Need

• A Signaview account (you can create one for free)
• A screen (Smart TV or monitor with media player)
• Internet connection (WiFi or ethernet)
• Your content (images, videos or use our templates)

Step 1: Create Your Account

1. Go to signaview.live/en/signup
2. Enter your email and create a password
3. Confirm your email (check spam if you don't see it)
4. Complete your profile with your business name

Your account includes 3 free months with no credit card required.

Step 2: Add Your First Screen

1. In the dashboard, click "+ Add Screen"
2. Give it a descriptive name (e.g., "Main Entrance", "Menu Board")
3. Select the orientation (horizontal or vertical)
4. You'll receive a 6-digit activation code

Step 3: Connect the Screen

Option A: Smart TV (Samsung/LG)

1. Download the "Signaview Player" app from your TV's app store
2. Open the app and enter the 6-digit code
3. The screen will connect automatically

Option B: Android TV / Fire TV

1. Search for "Signaview" in the app store
2. Install and open the app
3. Enter the activation code

Option C: Web Browser

1. Open Chrome or Firefox on your device
2. Go to play.signaview.live
3. Enter the activation code

Step 4: Upload Your Content

1. In the dashboard, go to "Content"
2. Click "Upload"
3. Drag your images or videos (or use our templates)
4. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, MP4, PDF

Tip: For best results, use 1920x1080 (Full HD) resolution.

Step 5: Create a Playlist

1. Go to "Playlists" and create a new one
2. Drag the content you want to display
3. Adjust duration for each item (recommended: 10-15 seconds)
4. Save the playlist

Step 6: Assign to Screen

1. Go to "Screens"
2. Select your screen
3. Under "Assigned Playlist", select the one you created
4. Click "Save"

Within seconds, your screen will start displaying the content.
