By accessing or using Signaview services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Signaview is a software as a service (SaaS) platform for digital signage that allows users to:

  • Create and manage content for digital screens.
  • Schedule and distribute content to multiple screens.
  • Monitor the status of connected screens.
  • Use special features such as raffles, queue management, and widgets.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register an account. By registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Maintain and update your information.
  • Maintain the security of your password.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3.2 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

The Service is offered through monthly or annual subscriptions. Current prices are available on our pricing page.

4.2 Trial Period

We offer a 3-month free trial period for new users. No credit card is required during the trial period.

4.3 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify prices. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price change.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Transmit illegal, offensive, threatening, or defamatory content.
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or networks.
  • Collect information from other users without consent.
  • Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications.

6. User Content

6.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to provide the Service.

6.2 Responsibility

You are responsible for your User Content and represent that:

  • You have all necessary rights to upload the content.
  • The content does not violate third-party rights.
  • The content complies with these Terms and applicable laws.

6.3 Removal

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms, without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Signaview and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service available 24/7, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (notified in advance).
  • Emergency maintenance.
  • Factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
  • We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Signaview from any claim, damage, obligation, loss, liability, cost, or debt arising from:

  • Your use of the Service.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of third-party rights.
  • Your User Content.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
  • We may delete your User Content.
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

  • Posting the new Terms on this page.
  • Email notification.
  • Prominent notice in the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
